A well established supplier is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at their branch. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and can drive both operational efficiency and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing full branch operations – sales, customer service, logistics and dispatch
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a small team
  • Meeting branch targets
  • Ensuring DIFOT
  • Driving safety standards and compliance across the site
  • Working closely with internal departments to meet customer expectations
  • Reporting on branch performance and identifying areas for improvement​​​​​​​

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Branch Manager, 2IC or Senior Leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of building materials or construction environments
  • Natural people leader with strong customer focus
  • Ability to manage workflow, operations and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
